We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Hotel La Perla. The owners/staff were the most kind and helpful people. It was my first visit to Italy, and they even helped arrange our transportation to get us from Milan to the hotel and to get us back to the airport in Milan. The view from the hotel was fabulous and our room featured a beautiful private two-level patio. The food they served for dinner was very good and very reasonably priced. Our room was a family suite, and it was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was slightly small, but it was really not an issue.
If you are visiting Lake Como, I would highly recommend staying here!
I don’t normally leave reviews but this hotel deserves it. It was a wonderful stay! The owners were so kind and unbelievably welcoming. The view is incredible, we spent an afternoon by the pool staring out over Lake Como. The dinner was delicious with breathtaking views, despite the rain that rolled in (the owners quickly opened the porch shade and the view was not disrupted at all). We stayed in the only room without a lake view because that was the only room left, but there is a “couch porch” for use which worked great. Just a perfect stay at Lake Como.
This is an absolutely superb hotel. The room was beautiful and so clean, great bathroom. The room had a view out on to the garden which was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners- they had recommendations for trips out and are lovely people. The restaurant is great and had a good menu for breakfast and evening meals, plus bar snacks. The pool area was so relaxing and the view from the hotel was stunning. I really didn't want to leave and would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back!
We had a great stay. Location and views are amazing. Breakfast, the pool and the rooms also really good. The best part was how nice they are. Super nice staff always making sure we were having the best time. We recommend 100%

The family running the hotel are extremely welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay most relaxing. So helpful with great tips on restaurants, directions and we'll just about everything. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was lovely and had a superb lake and mountain view. It said a balcony but actually was a patio with table chairs and sun lounger! The room had all we needed and was spotless, as was the hotel.
Delicious breakfasts with plenty of choice. Tasty evening meals all served with smiles and welcomes at all times. Dining area had a fantastic view of the lake and mountains.
The pool was very pleasant with the same great views too.
Perfectly located, a real gem! We certainly hope to be able to return.

The view from the hotel is very beautiful and it is located in a really calm area. The owner family was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. If you want to stay in a hotel with a great view at Lake Como and enjoy the calmness and the beautiful nature we definitely recommend this hotel to you. If we ever come back to Lake Como we will definitely stay in this hotel again💛
Rooms are clean and the view is great. You find more than enough choices for breakfast. Facilities like pool, balcony, parking, free Wi-Fi and bar are available but what makes this hotel so special is its hospitable, helpful and genuinely friendly staff.
This family run hotel couldn’t have been more perfect for our long weekend in Italy. The location was amazing, beautiful views of the lake from the room terrace, as well as the breakfast terrace. In addition to the views, the hosts could not have been more helpful. They gave great recommendations, organised our taxi’s and even gave us a lift down to the ferry port on our last morning. It’s obvious that the family take pride in their hotel and we were so grateful to have experienced it. Please book & make your Italian trip with a stay at La Perla, you won’t regret it!!
Room was great, clean & had everything you need. Can’t beat the location, a little walk from the lake but was fine for us, taxi’s are also available if needed just factor this in to your budget - all well worth it for the stay.
